The staff were great, very friendly and helpful they took time to talk with guests and were always smiling. Lots of great Amenities and our cabin was clean and well stocked. Loved that there were kids activities available.

First time staying with the new owners. They have made several improvements in the park. Lots of activities. We had a tornado warning during our stay. The staff was excellent in communicating to campers about the situation & where all the shelters are located. Thankfully, we were safe.

The campgrounds were beautiful. The staff was amazing. You could tell they enjoyed their job. There were so many activities for both children and adults. If I were a kid, I would be excited to go there for summer vacation.

Stayed here multiple times over the years. Great location just off the 40. Friendly staff. A lot of activities and entertainment for the kids.

Wonderful staff, fun activities for families, nice park with lots of shade, super clean & updated. We used the laundry room, the pool, bathroom, cornhole game, listened to live music, and saw the new tornado shelter. Amazingly nice place.

The deluxe cabin was everything I wanted and more. Especially excellent was the cabin location in a corner of the property with two car designated parking and an outdoor patio area offering beauty of surrounding with privacy from other guests. The property owners were friendly and attentive and excellent hosts. The available store with ice was a plus.

It’s okay. Seems like a lot of long term residences. Also equipment, old trailers etc around property and 3 cops came through which has to make you wonder. Just needs a little freshness to grounds etc.

Thank you for staying with us! Our Extended stay guest have a strict set of rules to follow to continue to stay with us. The local police were here because they had some family on the park. I'm not familiar with the old equipment but we will make sure we look into that. Thanks again for staying!

We stayed in one of the cabins. It was very nice and had everything we needed. My only recommendation is to improve the TV programming and streaming capabilities. One of the TVs was useless due to constant buffering and no local antenna. Despite this little issue, I’d recommend staying here. The facilities were very well maintained and the grounds were beautiful.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the campground. Trudy and the staff were welcoming and highly professional. The campground was very well maintained and a pleasant stopping point for our vacation trip. We definitely recommend staying with them. The Kisers.

Very quiet KOA. No freeway nor highway sounds. Great place to get a good nights’ sleep. We stayed here in 2019 and came back in 2024. Major improvements have been made since 2019 that really spruce this KOA up. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We’ll be back

We have stayed at Sallisaw a number of times . They are friendly and welcoming. We enjoy going to this KOA . We plan to stay at Sallisaw in the future .

AC did not work. The internet was so slow that it was unusable for work and watching TV was not fun due to so much buffering.

I appreciate you calling us after your stay to let us know these things. We have tried a few things with the internet and so far everything is working much better. Our HVAC person is fixing the AC problem. Thank you for staying with us! :)

My wife and I recently stayed at the Sallisaw KOA and the plan was for just a short lay over to reach our final destination. When you take into consideration the price (~$65 and we had a private pet pen) and type of site we had I would have to rate this as the best KOA I have ever stayed. The site was roomy and I didn't feel that we were stacked on top of each other. Super friendly staff!

We enjoyed our stay. The tiny cabin we stayed in was perfect and met all our needs. We really enjoyed sitting on the back porch and relaxing.

Well maintained Big Rig Friendly RV Park conveniently located off I-40. Staff are friendly and professional. Sallisaw has a variety of very good restaurants. Enjoyed our 5 week stay!

Very convenient to I-40. We were there for three nights. It was a good stop for resting and doing a few chores before another few days of intense travel. The laundry room was clean and reasonably priced, though they don't allow you to wash blankets. $2 for a wash and $2 to dry (45 minutes). There is a change machine but not an ATM (unless there's one in the office we didn't notice). We were there during the week, and it seemed like most guests were just there for the night. Though, they have a lot of fun stuff for kids to do. Very close to a Walmart and Murphy USA. There's an Italian restaurant and a fried chicken & BBQ joint (it has a buffet) nearby, too, that are both worth visiting. The shower in the laundry room was very nice and clean. Spouse reports the same for the bathroom near the office.

Nice wide shaded sites. Excellent laundry! Friendly staff. Very pet friendly with lots of green walking space. We stay here a couple of times per year!
