We enjoyed our long holiday weekend. Staff very professional & nice! Always clean & very pleasant campers on other sites. My husband needed a specific tool for the RV & he e found it @ the KOA store! We were very happy about that. Nice variety at the store. Always enjoy our stay when we come here. We'll be back again soon!

Great place to stay. The only thing we did not like was that the grass was long with long dead grass on top.

Had an amazing time. Staff was very friendly and helpful.. loved all the different even for the kids to do. Pool and splash pad was very clean. The campground in general was clean !!! We will be going back.

The campground is very quiet, especially at night, which makes relaxing very easy. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the grounds are very well kept. There's plenty of activities for young and old, and the views of Chautauqua Lake are awesome. This was our second stay here, and we're already planning a return trip later this summer. I would highly recommend this campground to all.

Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Plenty of activities and manager Susan was the best! The dirt roads need help or better yet, paved.

Great campground! We stayed in the lower end of the campground & were very happy with the large site, tree providing shade in the afternoon and the well maintained site, picnic table and fire ring. Great to get texts re: various holiday weekend activities. One suggestion - fix gate & fence in Kamp K9 area. Lots of dogs camping so if this area were better maintained it would probably get more use!

Arrived after the office closed. Instructions left in the agreed location. Excellent bathrooms. Nice location but not many trees for shade in newest area. That's ok because we just stayed the night. Nice staff.

Beautiful campground. Many seasonal folks. Location perfect with lots to do in the area. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Showers and restrooms spotless. Will recommend and likely return next spring!

We haven't been here for a while. It's like the tale of two campground. One part is well established, many seasonal(perm) sites. The other part is maturing nicely. Mainly for shorter stays. Looks like a lot for families to do. Nice people, nice restrooms. The Mother's Day Brunch was an added surprise.

The roads are very tight, so if your rig is on the larger side, I’d be extra vigilant! We paid extra for the lake view, which sadly isn’t visible due to all the houses, but the patio was GORGEOUS! The lake view sites are so well maintained, the neighbors are quiet. We’d definitely come again!

Went to this KOA to see the eclipse the next day. They were technically closed, but did open for this special event. The staff of Kathy, Donna and Susie (GM) were all there ready to help. Camp store was good. Clean Restrooms and showers. They hosted a kid camper pajama party and cooked grilled hot dogs. Look forward to coming back!

We came to be in the path of totality for the 2024 solar eclipse. The campground was clean and sprawling - I thought it wasn't going to end. Our patio site was perfect, and the view was great. Most importantly, the staff was incredible and kind! Looking forward to future stays at Chautauqua Lake KOA!

A great KOA site with some nice amenities that is close to state parks and with great views of the lake. Would definitely recommend!

The campground itself is beautiful, and the site we had was spacious, with plenty of gravel and grass to make the trip with dogs go better. The staff members there for the Eclipse weekend were very friendly and helpful and planned so many fun activities for the whole family to enjoy! When we had an issue with our camper, the manager quickly recommended a mobile repair person to come help us out.

We stay seasonally at Chautauqua Lake KOA from June to September. We love the campground and look forward to coming back in 2024.

WE are seasonal campers and its nice to have a home away from home. The only improvement would be needed in communication. We tend to be notified on the last minute about things. An example is I believe Labor Day golf cart parade , we found out about it on the friday before. We were coming in that day so no time to prepare. Sometimes we get text notifications, sometimes not.

It was a great season. Some staff could have been more friendly. There were a few medical emergencies throughout the season that it doesn't seem the staff was prepared for. Kelly was a great help all season if anything was wrong. Other than all that, the park was quiet and no issues.

We loved our stay at this KOA! The campground was tidy and beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The bathrooms and laundry were probably the cleanest I've ever seen! We would love to come back!

Even though it was a rainy weekend the staff went above and beyond to make sure there were activities and the kids had fun! They were AWESOME!

The staff at this location goes above and beyond in every aspect. From pre arrival, on site, and departure they made it a very enjoyable experience. By far our favorite KOA staff. Highly recommend this beautiful location.

This was our first time staying at this KOA. We rented a deluxe cabin. We loved how they had it set up. The loft was perfect for our teenage daughter and good friend to have their own area to sleep and hang out. We had a great time at the pool, playing cornhole, and we participated in the golf cart parade. They had a lot of things to do for the kids including mini golf, a bounce pad, and activities in the activity room. We definitely recommend renting a golf cart when you stay there to get around, as it's just so much more fun than walking everywhere. We did have a couple of maintenance concerns during our stay that were promptly handled by the top notch staff on site. We really want to give kudos to the great team at the campground! Every employee that we met was so kind and helpful. Clean bathrooms and facilities all around. We definitely will come back to stay again.Thanks again, until next time…!
